Shipping policy

We offer free shipping for orders over $99. The flat rate shipping rate is $7.99 on all goods with the exception of the Rope Ottomans. Rope Ottomans have a $70 shipping fee.

All orders are processed within 1 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. There may be a delay as a result of carrier delays and high volume shipping times or due to external factors outside of our control.

Made-to-order/Pre-order products have a 6 week delivery time frame.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@shopconsciously.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Our carrier does not ship to P.O. Boxes. A valid street address must be listed.
